We have years of experience in many areas of chemistry, e.g. amino acids, peptides, nucleic acids, steroids, radiochemical precursors, stable labelled compounds, fluorescent labelling.
During these projects we are able to employ a variety of specialised techniques in order to efficiently achieve the custom synthesis target. For example, these include heterocyclic chemistry, hydrogenation, organometallic chemistry, chiral chemistry, low-temperature chemistry, high pressure chemistry, microwave chemistry, dissolving metal chemistry, chiral salt resolution, chromatography, ion exchange.
Scale is not an issue. We can manufacture quantities from mg to a kg and develop methods suitably optimised for scale-up.
The applications of our custom synthesis products have been diverse, including synthesis of receptor ligands, neurotransmitters, signalling tools, hormones etc. In addition we make intermediates, analogues, impurities and scaffolds to help customers develop their own chemical targets.
Communication
High quality, clear and confidential communication is the essence of exceptional custom synthesis service. During a synthesis you will receive regular and comprehensive reports according to your requirements. You will be assigned a key point of contact for the duration of your project and we are happy to report by any media (e.g. conference call, phone, email). In addition, at the end of a project we will supply a high quality data or information pack as agreed at the outset of any chemical synthesis.
