Biological Description Selective cell permeable inhibitor of casein kinase 1 (CK1) . (IC₅₀ values are 0.3, 0.5, 9.1 and 5.8 μM for CK1, ALK5, PK_d1 and p38αMAPK respectively). Displays selectivity over many other protein kinases.
