Biological Description Non selective phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor. Exerts anti -platelet, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative and anti-fibrotic effects. Inhibits hydrolysis of cyclic AMP (cAMP) and cGMP (IC₅₀ = 5μM and 3 μM respectively) in vitro.
