Dynamin Inhibitors: Iminodyn™ Series Kit

Biological Description

Convenient kit containing dynamin inhibitor Iminodyn-22™ (Asc-461; 1 mg) and Iminodyn-17™ (Asc-462; 1 mg) from the Iminodyn chemical series. Iminodyn-22™ (Asc-461) targets dynamin at the GTPase Allosteric Site (GAS) domain. It potently inhibits both dynamin I and II in enzymatic assays and is a potent inhibitor of receptor-mediated endocytosis in cells. Iminodyn-17™ inhibits dynamin I and II in enzymatic assays, but does not affect dynamin mediated endocytosis in cells. It can therefore be used as a negative control for cell based assays.
