Biological DescriptionConvenient kit of dynamin inhibitors from the MiTMAB™ chemical series. The inhibitors target dynamin at the lipid binding (PH) domain and inhibit dynamin and endocytosis in enzymatic and cell based assays. They are based on the same chemical scaffold. A negative control compound is also included. Kit contains 1 mg of each of MiTMAB™ (Asc-466), OcTMAB™ (Asc-467), and Pro-Mystyric Acid™ (Asc-476). |
