Biological Description

Potent and selective inhibitor of DYRK1A (dual specificity tyrosine-phosphorylated and -regulated kinase). (IC50 values are 0.08, 0.9, 0.8, 4.3 and 1.5 μM for DYRK1A, DYRK2, DYRK3, PIM3 and CK1 respectively). 5-HT antagonist and MAO inhibitor. Regulator of PPARγ expression and antidiabetic.
