Biological Description A highly selective inhibitor of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (IC₅₀ = 1.4 μM). Selective over a range of other kinases including protein kinase C, protein kinase A, MAP kinase and PI-4 kinase (IC₅₀ > 50 μM).
