HPLC
Our state of the art HPLC tools enable us to run a variety of chiral HPLC methods as well as normal and reverse phase systems.
NMR
Using either 300MHz, 400MHz or 500MHz NMR machines, we are able to run a variety of NMR experiments in order to determine compound structures.

We can access a broad range of techniques including ES, EI, MALDI and FAB.

Chromatography
Our chemists employ a range of chromatographic techniques to facilitate the purification of impure product mixtures. We have experience of normal and reverse phase chromatography using a variety of mediums including ion exchange resins and we routinely separate mixtures of milligrams or hundreds of grams.
Preparative HPLC
We are also able to purify compounds using preparative HPLC.
Recrystallisation
We have many years of experience using a wide variety of protocols for purification by recrystallisation. Using this technique it is often possible to achieve very high levels of purity and we can also resolve enantiomers though salt formation.
