Biological Description Dopamine receptor antagonist (K_ivalues are 16, 10, 7.8, and 31 nM for dopamine D₂, D₁, D₃ and D₄respectively). Also inhibits CYP2D6 (IC₅₀ = 2.7 μM). Anti-psychotic. Displays anti-tuberculosis/ drug-resistant tuberculosis properties.
